  The location was fantastic attending a Hope Estate concert, we chose the LIPH for proximity to the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley the conference was held and the Leisure Inn Pokolbin was the perfect getaway. The service was we expected, that I was able to get accommodation for one night and breakfast was good. The facilities were great.

  Good central location to all the hunters attractions, the fresh country air and we would definitely stay there again & have already recommended your establishment to many of our friends & family. Not the fault of any facility - just too busy.

  Staff need to be a little more friendlier, use of old bed sheets.

  Quiet location and probably the best value for money in the Hunter Valley. Liked the setting and welcoming staff. Room was larger than expected, the pool was pleasant.

  Location excellent and enjoyable stay. Good not over the top service acceptable facilites fair we have stayed before.

  The valley is very busy at this time, i thought that the room cleanliness could have been better.

  Location was excellent, that was close to the wedding that we were attending as well as the reception and were not watching tv or playing Nintendo late at night. The breakfast was great value.

  The peaceful surroundings and hotel had a great location near all the best hunter valley wineries. The rooms were spacious and neat.

  Asfor the staff some were fine others thought they were doing us a favour by staying there, i would have liked to see that there was enough tea.

  We loved the location of our apartment right at the back of the complex overlooking & a neighbouring vineyard, good size rooms.

  Brilliant location and clean functional unit that suited my family stay. Additionally comfortable accommodation, also good for the wine buffs as plenty of wineries to tour/visit and i loved the spa.

  Quiet and great location in Barossa Valley, lovely rooms, very good restaurant meals. In addition spa facilities excellent.
