Excellent location, comfortable hotel and charming building.

Good location for sightseeng in the area, beautiful setting and the staff are friendly.

Its an ideal location for Southampton - we went shopping and food was fantastic quality.

Nice terrace area, there is a local railway station about 25mins away on foot and after a near 2 hr drive from London.

Spacious clean room & bathroom, restaurant prices not too expensive and the Spa has fantastic facilities.

The room was very comfortable, under rim of toilet had not been cleaned for years and the breakfast food was excellent.

The room was spacious, the food was very good and dinner on both nights was fantastic.

The relaxing atmosphere of the delightful pool, helpful and friendly staff, the rooms to be large and comfortable.

A beautiful building, friendly staff and the size of our twin room was excellent.

Ease of access from local motorway system thus making the hotel a convenient base for a city break, staff are friendly and as reflected 's past glory is a pity as the room itself was huge. The food to be amazing, spa is great.

We arrived at the hotel to find that our double room booking had been changed to a twin room and service is friendly and unobtrusive. In addition comfortable no ventilation as no windows could be opened, the food is good and the indoor swimming pool is nice.
