S Staff are helpful, bedroom as well as a great marble bathroom and the gym is nice a little small.
The staff were helpful needed, this room was a joy no noise,even the sofa bed was fully functional and the breakfast selection was fantastic.
Very clean lovely room, the breakfast was.

The bed was one of the nicest i have ever experienced in any hotel and reception staff were pleasant and as a consulation we got the car parking free.

Rooms were tiny and squashed, tea facility were not pointed out to us.

Ideal for shops bars, integrated car park was good and the breakfast was excellent, well above average for a hotel in the UK. The staff were excellent and our room was small by modern standards and was in need of repair and refurbishment. The restaurant was fine, we used the pool twice this was adequate.

Great location, good value and the dining area and lobby are grand and spacious. Staff are friendly and attentive, the upgraded rooms and the suites are very nice. The toilet flush didn't work very well either and the restaurant, bar and lounge are modern and airy. The health spa is satisfactory.

Very convenient location, lovely Hotel and basic price good. The breakfast was buffet style was great for everyone, staff were fantastic and my room on the 7th floor was pleasant enough. Service here too was excellent , and the food choice also superb.
