the location was perfect for exploring the charming nearby towns of Camden, Rockport, and Rockland. It was wonderful to have so many options for day trips just a short, pleasant drive away. Secondly, the breakfasts were absolutely delightful. The owner and chef, Dominica, prepared delicious meals using ingredients from her own garden, creating a truly home-cooked feel. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, with lovely bathrooms stocked with great bath products. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the friendly and attentive staff to the basic amenities, truly made for a remarkable stay.
All was more than okay, nothing to improve.

What a delightful experience! The hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering helpful recommendations and making us feel right at home. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with fresh local sausages and herbs. The location is perfect for exploring the charming town and nearby attractions. We particularly enjoyed the cozy and beautifully decorated guest room. It was so comfortable and peaceful, with a great selection of books on hand.
The lack of keys to the rooms and the front door left unlocked. While the town is small, it would have been nice to have that extra security.

This hidden gem exceeded our expectations. The cozy and romantic room was decorated with a personal touch, and the complimentary breakfast had options to accommodate any dietary restriction. We appreciated the convenient location near popular attractions and the helpful staff who provided insightful recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
While the room was comfortable and charming, the bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some modernization. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the common areas made it difficult to feel fully relaxed and at home. Despite these small issues, we would highly recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway.

Our stay on the coast was convenient, as we were able to utilize the Port Clyde ferry close by. We were pleased to discover how close everything was, right next to downtown. The room was clean and provided a comfortable sleep, with enough blankets and electric heat. Breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Neg: Unfortunately, the room was quite small and lacked comfortable seating for leisure time.
