For the price, you cannot, im my opinion get a better hotel.
I recommend this hotel for the price, worth it!
The hotel is close to Robson street shopping and restaurants and a very good value.
We live locally and stay in Vancouver hotels on occasion, and we found this one to be one of the best for service, location and price.
Situated in a very quiet location,10mins walk from cruise terminal and very handy for any sightseeing.
At the same time, most of the major chains are located in downtown Vancouver and their location would be equally serviceable.

No shuttle service - taxi from the airport was about $30.

The attached restaurant was great for breakfast and perhaps also for other meals, but we decided to have them elsewhere.
We didn’t eat at the adjoining restaurant but we did have breakfast on our last day, delivered to the room, which was good and delivered on time.
I did not dine at the restaurant but had breakfast ordered every morning and it was great.
Also, the restaurant is mediocre serving a below average breakfast.
Room was excellent, the attached restaurant was great for breakfast and the concierge was very helpful.

The helpful advice from the concierge and reception staff led to an easy well planned holiday.
Cons: parking fee is a bit high, the lobby is very charming and its attentive staff a refreshing change from the large.
The rooms were a good size and elevators are very speedy (and almost always open on to the lobby when you come into the hotel).
Valet parking is the only "safe" choice and is rather expensive.
My partner and I both had problems with the wireless internet connections.
We stayed in early June 2006 and the condition of our room was without reproach -- very clean and housekeeping staff attentive to special requests.
The room was clean, their luxury - restaurant was excellent.
The service is impecable, valet parking fantastic, rooms are clean, orderly and wonderful.
They could not be friendlier and the room was clean.
Everything was spotless and the room was incredibly quiet.
