The location was great, on arrival at the hotel the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the lobby, bar and Italian restaurant were amazing. Service was exquisite, concierge was fine and luckly just phone calls as the person was alone.

The staff were very friendly and the location is very good, serviceable hotel near Arc de T, the rooms, the lobby, restaurant area are truly amazing. Kudos to the front desk team, the guest relations team as well as the concierge team and the beds are very comfortable. The choice of putting the books up high is interesting, the gym is great.

And the windows opened out onto this lovely area, the hotel lobby is elegant and the staff were very friendly, the pool is awsome and the steam room is great. The spa is heavenly.

And the location is just fine and pampered Luxury Steps from the Arc de Triomphe. The service is perfect and very friendly, the rooms are very clean, the restaurant looks lovely we didn't eat there. One of the most beautiful pools i have seen.

Our room was spectacular, we had a beautiful balcony and a view of l'Arc de Triomphe, the hotel felt private and was rarely packed in the public areas. Reception staff were lovely and the TV mirror was very nice.

S luxurious and beautiful hotel, very nice staff, we loved the dimensions of the bed and the bedding. From great bathrobes and all the facilities available to us.
