Le Royal Mansour Meridien Casablanca - 卡萨布兰卡

Very good location in the city center and we could not stay very long.

Good location - near to the exhibition center, charming traditional atmosphere and free internet in the lobby.

Good location, nice service, rooms need some work.

Hotel didn't have a transport service to the airport, in a city like Casablanca a big minus for a (so called) luxury hotel.

Hotel got us a taxi, but didn't negotiate the price, or if they did, not favorable for us, and didn't tell us the price.

The room was a good size with a huge bed which was nice and firm.

It was spacious with a huge king size bed which was very comfortable.

The bathroom was a tad small and dated, but clean and usable (it was the first time I had ever seen rose petals in the toilet).

On the minus side, it is on a very busy avenue in city centre; the plumbing was noisy, awakening me at 4 AM seemingly every time another guest used a faucet, shower or toilet; and my room had an odd, unpleasant odor (albeit faint).

The bathroom was a bit tired, in fact the grap handle on the bath was broken and fell off.

The breakfast buffet was incredible and our dinner in the Moroccan restaurant on the premises was one of the best meals of our trip.

We ate in both restaurants at the hotel - the Moroccan restaurant and The Brasserie.

The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing -- a huge selection of delicious food that would do any North American hotel proud.

We ate once at the Jardin d'Hiver restaurant.

We did eat in hotel's Moroccoan restaurant since the traffic outside was a nightmare.

Royal service from very friendly and extremely helpful staff.

The staff was incredibly helpful and the level of service was very high.

The concierge in the lobby was extremely helpful, and unlike in a previous review, made our restaurant reservations with no problem.

No Stairmaster but hotel staff said there was one before making our reservation nor was there ANY brand of stairclimber.

Wonderful accomodation plus Valet Parking in the most difficult area of town, anyway the hotel is very good.

However, the best part of our stay was getting a hamman treatment at the spa (for the reasonable price of ~$30).

Had we stayed longer, we would surely have been tempted to have more spa treatments as well!

Our family stayed in two adjoining rooms and both were clean and nicely appointed.

Our room was large, clean and well-appointed.

The room was clean and the white sheets on the best always make me feel good.

The room (a "superior single") was spacious, clean, but run down for 5 star hotel, especially considering that the hotel is not cheap at all.
