We will come again during ski seasons! Can check-in only at 17h00 and took long-time in the queue, however, the service ladies were quite patient with everybody, and even phoned me afterwards to remind me to come back to the reception to get my refund. The bar offered from lemon water for everyone who just arrived. Very thoughtful service! Free parking quite convenient closed to the hotel. The telemix is also closed by. Tourist office only 7-min walk. And ski school is nearby as well! Great location!

The check-in process was a bit slow and took a while in the queue. The bed in the room was not very comfortable and felt a bit old.

The telemix is just a short distance away, providing easy access to the slopes. the tourist office and ski school are within walking distance, adding to the convenience of the location. The hotel offers comfortable rooms and excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

It would be even better if there were more facilities available for entertainment, such as karaoke or a casino.

Had a great Christmas vacation! Loved the warm welcome we received upon checking in. Waited a bit but the staff was very patient with all of us. Free parking was convenient and the location was perfect, with the ski lifts and tourist office nearby. We enjoyed the lemon water at the bar for a refreshment after the drive.

Sometimes had to wait a bit too long for the lifts at peak times, but nothing too crazy. The layout of the apartment was a bit tight for our family of four, but it worked out okay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and common areas being impeccably maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the bar, which offered a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The free parking was convenient and located close to the hotel, making it easy to access. Additionally, the location right on the ski slopes was a major highlight, as we were able to hit the slopes with minimal effort. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, from the patient service ladies at check-in to the friendly reminders they gave us. this hotel provided a great experience for our ski trip.
