Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

Very strong ashtray smell. Prevented me from sleeping (opening the windows didn't make any difference besides making the room more cold and noisy). When leaving i felt like all my clothes took the smell.

Pros of our stay at this amazing hotel include the extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The receptionist recommended a restaurant and even booked a table for us when the hotel's restaurant was closed. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the added bonus of a pool was fantastic. The location close to the highway was convenient, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and the dinner was delicious with reasonable prices. The breakfast included fresh juice and the parking lot was spacious. The hot shower was nice and the little pool outside was a great addition. our stay was mind-blowing and we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and amenities provided.

The rooms at Le Relais de Sassenage are great! They have air conditioning and free WiFi, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The beds were cozy, and the private bathrooms were clean and well-equipped. We also enjoyed watching the 100-cm flat-screen TVs with digital channels.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the quadruple room. It felt a bit too stifling for me, but I understand that others may appreciate the extra privacy it provides.

The hotel, however, was quite isolated and we had to drive a while to find any restaurants or shops. The decor was also outdated and the hotel lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or tea and coffee in the room. it was an average experience that could have been improved with more modern facilities and a more lively atmosphere.

I chose to visit the Grenoble-Bastille cable car and Logis pleasantly surprised me with its free private parking, making it easy for me to explore the Rhône-Alpes region by car. The relaxed atmosphere of the hotel restaurant and their typical specialities made dining there a delightful experience. Additionally, the bar/lounge provided a great place to relax and quench my thirst.

No elevator; might be a problem for families.

The room we stayed in was recently renovated and very clean, equipped with everything we needed. The hotel also has a pool, which was a great bonus. The breakfast offered was simple yet really good.

Wifi could be a bit slow at times and didn't allow for using WhatsApp. However, overall our stay was excellent and we had no other issues.

Our stay on the outskirts of Grenoble was perfectly comfortable with easy access to the ESRF science park and lovely walks up to a nearby waterfall. The rooms were clean, the bathroom spacious, and the service was helpful and polite. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and appreciated the secure outdoor parking for our vehicle. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi and a good value for money.

The industrial surroundings of the hotel may disappoint some guests.
