Up-to-date rooms with a balcony for some fresh air. The food here is top-notch and really amazing. The staff, who can speak two languages, are just so nice and helpful all around. 🌟

The location here is lovely, not very far from Abbey of Saint Mary, and they offer a variety of excellent food at breakfast.

If your plans include an overnight stay, I recommend this place. The venue is perfect and reasonably priced, its location is excellent, adjacent to a nice Pizzeria very close by, and gurgling waterfall and balconies. I have stayed in the twin room with balcony. The staff are very professional and attentive and deserve a 3-star rating.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, being close to the river and in a charming area of the old city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and very accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved having a balcony with a nice view. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with homemade treats like the lemon cake and walnut cake that were absolutely divine.
Everything was just perfect!

Very friendly staff and in a beautiful location.
The lack of airconditioning during August means it is far to hot and noisy (from the road) to sleep properly.

This hotel is a fantastic find in a very attractive area. The staff are exceptional - speaking English, very courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved having a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, it was a great place to relax.
Can't think of anything that could be improved.

It's a very long walk from the station, although close to the town. Roller blinds on to the verandah were not able to be adjusted so you could walk on to the balcony

We had a delightful stay at this hotel by the river, with the town centre just a short stroll away. The room was spacious and comfy, with nice amenities. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast with fresh fruits and had a lovely view of the old rooftops. The swimming pool and patio area were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also visited the nearby caves, which were amazing. All in all, a wonderful stopover for families with kids.
Some guests smoking on their balconies were bothersome, and the smell permeated into the rooms.

There was no one on reception. We were booked in by the receptionist from the hotel next door. The door to the hotel was open to anyone to walk in during the day and evening. When I complained to the hotel next door the receptionist said the owner was in and living on the third floor. None of this made us feel safe and I would say this is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Helpful, friendly reception, the swimming pool, it was very hot! Bicycle room where we could leave our bicycles.
Price of dinner and breakfast. Too expensive.
