Maybe the best price in a really expensive town, good location and relative to all other hotels in Zermatt was excellent value for money.
Just got back home from Le Petit Hotel, Had a wonderful holiday, hotel perfectly adequate, good position, good food, friendly staff and fantastic value for money.
I can warmly recommend this hotel for excellent value for money at a central yet quiet location in Zermatt.
If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not the place for you, but if you want a comfortable, cosy, friendly hotel in a central location at a reasonable price Le Petit Hotel is the answer!
Otherwise it was in an excellent location.
This hotel is in a great, central location, but set back from the main street so it's quiet.
Very quiet location, at night we could just her the little creek outside the house, nothing else.
Location was only a few minutes from the main street - getting around the resort isn't that easy though - expect lots of walking in ski boots or catch the taxis.
What caused us some troubles was finding the hotel, as the electronic information board at the railway station did not work properly.

The room was plenty large, with two twin beds pushed together, a bathroom with tub, and 3 windows in our room (only 5 rooms per floor).
Our room was huge with 2 large windows overlooking the mountains and a bathroom with a huge, deep tub and another window with a view of the Matterhorn.
For me, it is good enough because I only spend time for sleeping so a comfortable bed and clean bathroom are essential also its rate is really reasonable and affordable.
The breakfast room/bar is very quaint and the buffet breakfast served was a good range.
Restaurant was excellent, small but very well done with a small bar area also.
Excellent view of mountain Matterhorn from the rooftop, breakfast area was very well set out - good range of good quality food to choose from and the service was great.
The dining area was very nice, breakfasts were good quality and the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly.
Just up the path from the main church square, not far from shops, dining, and bakery and deli.

Free internet access in the lobby, staff is really friendly and helpful, another young receptionist is so kind.
Location is good, just 3 mins from the main drag and the lifts etc.

The only sun terrace in Zermatt that I could see.
There was free wireless internet available on the ground level, or possibly to those staying on a lower floor.
The rooms are very clean, breakfast buffet is good.
The room was clean, everynight the food was excellent.
Rooms are cosy, very nice terrace on the roof and clean for a buffet type breakfast.

Clean bathroom are essential also its rate is really reasonable and had good variety of breakfast items to choose from.
