  An excellent location, the complimentary tea/coffee station was a blessing in the mornings and the room faced on to George Street was lovely. Our stay was very enjoyable, the reception staff were unfailingly helpful and the receptionist was very polite. Bathroom was awesome, the bars for service for drinks was very quick and our meal in Vienna was gorgeous. Dinner in Paris was delightful.

  Easy to get to shops, great to have a few options of bar/restaurant in the hotel itself and prices are very reasonable. The decoration is of a fairly high standard, the staff could not have been more charming or accommodating and a young receptionist tried her best to help as much as possible. Room excellent - good space and the complimentary drinks voucher went down a treat as well.

  Attractions within a short walk or bus ride away, a mirror small enough to fit in my purse and didn't like the fact that you are given paper napkins for dinner.

  Most other attractions and well located in George Street. Great decor and perfect working away from home. Very reasonable price, charming staff and after checking in to the helpful cheery receptionist.

  Unfortunately the first room we were appointed was not to our taste, we also discovered the coffee machine was broken and dinner menu was awful.

  The Location was perfect, the hotel had a lovely ambience to and the reception staff were very helpful. The room was amazing and the mini bar had a good selection. The food was great, our waitress was fantastic.

  Location is excellent, the hotel itself is lovely and staff are very professional. Bed is small and gorgeous bar you can have a "fashion cocktail. Free drink voucher on arrival.

  Great over-all location and interesting decor. At some pritty good prices, very nice staff and the bed was huge. The mini bar fridge did not work so everything was warm and the food was absolutely lovely. Dinner was delicious.

  Bar area were very appealing as was the food and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. Moreover service was brilliant, rooms were lovely and breakfast was also great in the morning. The waitress was also fantastic.

  Excellent location, atmosphere superb and great style. The staff were friendly and room was lovely. Adjoining bars on two floors was really good, breakfast was fine.

  Loved the location and beautiful decor. Staff were very helpful, we stayed in the New York suite was a great size and the breakfast was nice in a very nice surrounding. Dinner in the bar was good.

  An up market accomodation ideally situated for shopping walks to the roayal mile, the hotel rooms are all different representing different cities of the world and the service is helpful and marvelous. Relaxation - the huge bathroom is lovely, bars look amazing and beautiful restaurants are all moments away.
