The mornings by the lakeside were stunning and calming. The hotel's location right next to a large mall was convenient. The view of the lake from the hotel rooms was breathtaking.
The staff seemed to need further training for efficient check-ins and handling complaints.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape to a charming hotel in the outskirts of a small Chinese city. The room was beautifully outfitted with comfy furniture and ultra-modern décor. The romantic view of the pristine lake, and access to a nearby shopping center made us feel centered and pampered throughout our stay. The friendly staff was attentive and courteous.
The breakfast buffet was lacking in variety. We found it a bit difficult to navigate around the hotel at times, and would have appreciated more signage in certain areas.

Our romantic escape was amazing! Stunning lake and city views from the spacious suites made it hard to leave the room. The location was perfect, with a mall just a short walk away. The gym was clean, and we appreciate that it wasn't overcrowded. The staff was sweet and even allowed us to have a later check-out time.
While the breakfast buffet had a variety of options, there weren't many western choices, and the quality of the food could have been better. We had to ask for coffee several times before we made our own, and the staff was slow to remove used plates.
