Location is good, the hotel is located in the Xinyi central district and the staff could be a little professional. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, fitness facitilies are great. Mattress is better than the one in w as we like harder mattresses, we liked as well as electronic toilet seat TOTO and breakfast is amazing.

Good design hotel, nice staff and the concierge was very helpful in suggesting night markets. Bed and pillows were great, jacuzzi and sauna were greatly appointed. Plush robes were available as well as l'occitane toiletries and the food was fresh and hot.

Very good hotel and exceptional service. Just in your room alone and sauna were great. The breafast buffet was delicious, concierge at the lounge was also really efficient and the pool was very nice and clean.

Good restaurant, heated pool available.

The staff is not capable of solving the simplest of issues, the TV has a slow response time and the small chiller in the bar is not cold enough for the storage. Limited lunch menu at ground floor grill.
