The views of the San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge are incredible here. It's great for business travelers and is located between the Embarcadero and Financial District. The service is top-notch and the rooms are contemporary and spacious. Some felt that the restaurant was just average, though.

The value was great and the in-house concierge staff also provided good service.
The lobby is very small, the bar is really just a few tables and service is excellent.
Check-in was fast and courteous, gym was adequate.

I upgraded to a partial bay view on the 20th floor and was very pleased, the Hotel room was clean and large, everyone on the staff were exceedingly courteous and helpful. The bed was excellent.

The beautiful bathroom was a spacious 6’x7’ not including the bathtub/shower area and rooms were spacious, good views, clean/updated hotel/rooms. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, the king bed was very comfy.
