Great location, trafalgar Square and the staff was extremely courteous especially the front desk manager.
The staff were accomodating and on the upside the room did have a large flat screen TV.
Hotel location is great, the public areas are all very fine and the London taxis are excellent.

The location was very good we had family come to join us and our room was well kept, spacious, and a great place to relax at the end of the day. The staff were calm and put the guests first, the bathroom was also extremely nice.
