  Big hotel near the pyramids that is looking a bit tatty, friendly reception staff are always ready to help and the rooms are always clean and each room has a safe. The breakfast selection is really good.

  Complimentary free internet connection in every room, breakfast/food excellent and a reasonable choice in heliopolis. Great Thai and clean & nice pool & good foor & resturant.

  Price/quality too high value and worst service ever.

  Decent choice, wonderful food, too and the facilities excellent.

  The location is not good for people on holiday as is in the middle of no and the local taxi tarifs paid from the Hotel are too high. The service is very poor and the rooms are filthy beyound discription.

  Great omelets and freshed squeezed juice, the pool isnt too big.

  Poor staff quality, bad service and locked in a very small room.

  Well known to all taxi drivers, very good location and also the area around the hotel is quiet. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. A variety of food is available and great choice for last night.

  Pool area was lovely and the hotel itself was nice. Price was excellent, the lobby was huge and nicely done up, the front desk service was amazing. The room was clean and we tried the Jasmine bar for a quick bite and had pizza. The breakfast was very disappointing, the facility was kind of out dated.
