You can shop at stores like NORDSTROM and SEPHORA, and enjoy a delicious meal at the nearby Rock Sugar restaurant. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Additionally, the breakfast from room service is tasty and reasonably priced.

The elevators at the hotel can be slow during busy times, which can be a bit frustrating when you're in a hurry.

Night manager ruined our private get together in the lounge and blew up and threatened to call the police. Very unstable man for a hotel manager.
