Le Meridien Budapest - 布达佩斯

The location is very centrally located for sightseeing and taking the subway.

One positive aspect: the central location of the hotel (a few minutes walk from major attractions and located just in front of the subway).

Perfect location for a weekend trip, close to all major attractions.

If there are at least two of you, it is cheaper to use a City Taxi to and from the airport than the Airport Minibus; however there are no City Taxis waiting at the airport rank - I suppose you would have to 'phone for one.

Plenty of transportation around if needed including underground, trams, boats, buses and taxis which are all easly available.

The staff were very helpful and the room itself was great -good sized room with separate desk and seating area, lovely furnishings, a great king size bed and bathroom (with a separate bath and shower).

We had a massive king bed, double sofa bed, desk, three floor to ceiling windows with balconies and views, fridge, tv, and an amazing bathroom (power shower, bath, heated mirror, heated marble floor).

Our room was fab, king size bed with a writing desk and nice little settee, and an amazing bathroom with under floor heating.

Upon entering the room there was a small foyer, a marble bathroom which was both smartly decorated and well layed out, and a very comfortable king sized bed with a small sitting area beside it.

Our room was lovely and a lot bigger than I expected from reading a couple of the other reviews (we had a kingsize bed, sofa, desk with 2 chairs, bath and walkin shower).

The bar is lovely - excellent piano trio all evening, breakfast is VERY good.

Help and advice was top class, the conceirge, bar staff, restaurant staff and room cleaners were exceptional.

The room was lovely, the bar was nice and breakfast was always enjoyable: attentive.

There are plenty of local cafes and restaurants nearby for those of us who would rather venture away from the over-priced "continental or American" breakfast option.

Breakfast was waiting for us every morning that included an omelet bar.

We received friendly and attentive service at reception, concierge, restaurant and bar - staff remembered our name, and even the type of tea we like at breakfast.

Service from the concierge, front desk, porters and restaurant staff was consistently excellent.

I have to single out the super service of concierge staff Norbert and Mr.

The front desk staff and concierge could not have been nicer and more helpful.

The small gym looked OK (I didn't venture too near), jacuzzi was rather ineffectual, water in the pool was too cold, steam room was OK and sauna was too small.

They have a small pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room too.

The pool/gym/spa area is great too, although if you are a lap swimmer, the pool is not really big enough.

The room was kept clean and tidy during our stay and we were never disturbed unnecessarily.

Housekeeping staff friendly and nice clean room.

The hotel was very nice, rooms very clean and nice.

The bedrooms and common areas are spotlessly clean - always our main pre-requisite for a good stay.

My room was large, lovely and spotlessly clean.
