  Excellent location in Brussels and to the central station. Well serviced hotel, staff were really pleasant and helpful, the rooms we had booked for the group were all good. Breakfast was great, the gym was functional and clean.

  The location was excellent, great value for we paid on your website and lobby was very nice as well. The staff was very professional and room was good. The l'epicerie restaurant was very charming.

  Its location was excellent, the hotel room was lovely and spacious, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The beds were fantastic and breakfast at 19 euros was good.

  Right near the centre, close to the Central Station and i usually are not able to stay in this category of luxury hotel. The lobby is beautiful and the Front desk is courteous. Rooms are elegant, restaurant services are good.

  Location is good, located right in front of Brussels Central Station and the hotel design is elegant. The staff are friendly and the size of the rooms are large. Loved sitting at the bar near the fire for drinks, a very nice espresso/coffee machine.

  Perfect location and central Station. Grand Place is excellent, the service - the staff is so friendly and helpful, upgraded to larger room to be near to disabled aunt. Breakfast buffet is pretty good.

  Fabulous location and to the central station. Nice and comfortable hotel, the room was very quiet as was at the rear of the building, the lobby was luxurious. Service was good and check-out was very professional and friendly.

  Had to watch carefully to make sure I was charged the agreed rate, 3) we informed that the pipes in the bathroom were blocked and the restaurant was closed on a Saturday night without prior warning. Only one person we spoke was able to speak a little Dutch.

  The location was pretty good, the hotel staff were nice and helpful, the room was decorated in classical style very pleasant indeed. Service was professional and unobtrusive, check-in was fast and friendly, our bathroom was roomy smart and clean. The bar were very well designed, a fresh towel delivered on 2nd day smelled the same and breakfast was included x was excellent. Gym was small.
