Free parking nearby and excellent location.
Good location, pretty hotel just inside city walls and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The location was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean.

No hand towels, just a small bath and wachcloth.
My kids loved their bedroom in a mezzanine with spiral staircase.
Good choice of stuff for breakfast, efficient staff and nice room.
On that stay, they had a room facing the courtyard, which was closed because if the cold weather during this visit.
They also said services in the room then were of better quality.
Breakfast was outside in the courtyard, surrounded by trees.
In addition the breakfast was one of the best we had during our tour of France.
The staff was very friendly and the buffet breakfast was good.

The next morning reception said we should have called them; they were obviously right.
They have an electronic lock for the main door after the front desk closes.
Helpful staff and there was a good selection of food.
A good budget alternative to the more glamorous large hotels and the staff were friendly.
As there is nobody on reception after 10pm in the evening there was nobody to complain to.
Location is excellent: easy walking to Avignon tourist area and to train station parking.
Free Parking is available nearby and the hotel is located near Avignon centre station.
The room was newly furnished, very clean.
