I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave in the room. I also loved having a balcony where I could enjoy the view. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a good variety of options. Plus, the hotel is located in a quiet street, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We feel safe because of the gated enclosure after our car was targeted at Barcelona. Staff are most helpful. Room was neat and functional.

The furniture on the balcany was dirty and the cooking utencils were not cleaned.

Hotel is difficult to find (and refind) and not helped by the fact that the directions on the website are incorrect. If using hotel, would strongly recommend gps. Located on the outskirts and important to have own transport.

We had a really comfortable stay. The room was spacious with a nice sofa bed. We loved the fact that there was air conditioning and the steel shutters on the windows gave us an extra sense of security. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the staff members were friendly and very helpful.

It was not easy to find the hotel! The street mentioned in the address nobody knows. When you find it, the next task is to get inside - no open doors for cars nor for people. We had to wait smbd.

Access is difficult and requires several keypad codes, there is little signage and it is frustrating to find your way through security. It is also not on the GPS to begin with. There was no internet facilities and that was the reason i chose this hotel.

We had a comfortable stay at a great location next to the motorway. The room was clean and airy with lovely kitchen facilities. The staff were helpful and prompt in attending to our requests. We enjoyed the fast internet and the air con and blinds in our room. It was great having access controlled entry for both pedestrians and vehicles and CCTV. We appreciated the budget-friendly prices and would recommend staying here.

The hotel lacked some basic customer service skills which would have made the experience even better.

What a great way to start the New Year! The hotel was located in a really convenient spot, only a short drive to the center of town and with easy access to the motorway. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, and the free WiFi worked perfectly on all our devices. The staff was really helpful and friendly, and they even left us a little welcome pack in our room with snacks and drinks.

That the reception was closed at night, so we had to collect our keys and check-in information from a box. , the room didn't have enough extra towels or pillows, but we managed to get by without them.

we only chose there because there was nothing else available in the area. It was still a little expensive for what we needed for a 1 night stay (we just needed beds for a good nights sleep, but would have been good value for an appartment stay. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

The reception closed early at night, which caused inconvenience for late check-ins. Unavailability of basic amenities, like toilet paper and fridge plugs, was frustrating for a one-night stay.

1 The appartment was not very clean on arrival 2. The bed linen and towels stated to be included were not in the appt. on arrival and had to be requested and paid for as extra. 3 The wired internet service advertised was not available.
