Great service, though a few employees were not very friendly. The location of the hotel was very central, just off the main train station and souqs, the Museum of Contemporary Art as well as the Museum of Civilization and the endless city market. Dined at La Menora, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow, made me a little nervous.

I got good-sized and well furnished room with the mini-bar, a good view plus 3-6 floors above the lobby as advertised. The location was favourable, about 10-minute walk into town.

Favourable location, above average and large breakfast with a wide array of food. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and central heating, a safe box, and television in the room.

No reason to complain, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Had a pleasant stay for two nights, glad I've chosen it. It was an European building, the rooms were well-appointed and extremely pleasant for the mini-bar. The staff was really helpful, took good care of everyone.

Excellent venue, stunning location just next door to Morocco for two weeks, the tramway, medina, restaurents, mesum, downtown, train station, and other shops along the way, appreciated our stay. Lovely team at the reception desk. Superior queen room with a good view and the mini-bar, for instance was ready when we arrived.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was lovely small and beautifully designed, had stunning location easy to walk to many sights. We asked for a good-sized room with a good view, 3-6 floors, the mini-bar and got one.

The hotel was fairly clean, beautifully decorated, had top-class and always attentive staff from the doorman up. It was in a very central location, to the Museum of Contemporary Art as well as the Museum of Civilization. Hassan district was worth exploring. I got the deluxe king room, it was new-fashioned and tidy.

The rooms where extremely pleasant and brand-new, with a good view. The atmosphere created was QUIET. Location: the hotel was so close to the medina, marina, new theatre, several banks, restaurants, and bakeries and the city center and railway station.

The food and service were great, with delicious dinner and breakfast options. The staff were very nice and attentive. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby ATMs and a short walk to the coast and shopping area.

The check-in process was slow and inefficient, and there were issues with the air conditioning in the room. The carpet in the room was also dirty and the hotel lacked cleanliness in general.

Good breakfast, very pleasant and courteous staff, best location. Unfortunately, there are many holidays in Rabat (museums closed) that you do not know in advance.
