The superior double room was modern, very well taken care of. An ironing set, a work desk, and television worked well and the bed was extremely comfy. It was in an exceptionally nice location in a more commercial area.

Well presented and nice hotel in a good position in a more commercial area. Breakfast with French bread and pain au chocolat, for example. Location so close to the town centre, the restaurant and supermarkets and fast food restaurants. 5 minutes' walk to Eglise Saint-Martin Catholic Church.

My rating for value is not a criticism of the hotel itself but the high cost of living in Switzerland and the high conversion rate of the Swiss franc make staying in "cheap" Swiss hotels prohibitively expensive and they represent poor value compared with hotels in the adjacent countries.

The room was clean and attractive and the general atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. The food was simple but value-for-money. The hotel is not a 'cottage' but the room had a cottage feel.

The morning I checked out was a national hoiliday and breakfast was later than usual. I could not really see the logic for this. This did not serve my needs as a traveller with a time constraint. I can not as a result evaluate the breakfast.

The location is GOOD and peaceful, 4 km from Eglise Saint-Denis. Modern attractive rooms, they are provided with good shower, toiletries, bedroom.

The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway, making it a great choice for travelers on the go. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. This included making special arrangements for the collection of a forgotten item and providing a pleasant breakfast at a reasonable price.

There were some areas that could use improvement, such as the cleanliness of the bathroom as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Hotel Le Cottage is a pleasant stopover hotel, I am happy to pay a bit extra than the basic hotels because it is quiet and comfortable. The staff are very pleasant too, and always try to be helpful and are approachable. It is in a semi-residential area, which means it can be a bit difficult to find, but the GPS always fins it. This is our second stay.
