All in all everything was perfect, had a really enjoyable stay in the winter time. We really enjoyed rooms with all the expected amenities. The location was incredible to supermarket in Sainte-Alexis-des-monts. They offered us fab meals, had a great selection of options to choose from.

The setting was unbeatable, just off the centre and the forests of the north shore of the St Lawrence Valley.

Thanks a lot everyone for a real good stay in the winter time. It was in an unbeatable location on the wooden pathway leading from the building where I was staying to the Reception. Plus, it was near hotel' Le Baluchon, the river from the sleeping accommodations to the dining / breakfast restaurant, and a "forest " which gives access to cross country and snow shoeing trails.

I enjoyed generous breakfast, nice views.

My queen room had central heating, a work desk, and television.

Moreover, it's adjacent to a fantastic centre for walkers, cyclists, skiers and also people who require a relaxing break, the waterfalls which must also be a beautiful spot in autumn and winter and hotel' Le Baluchon'. Variety of meals for breakfast, it was generous and satisfactory.

The location around the banks of the stream that flows through the property was unbeatable and stunning. The food was outstanding, the breakfast was generous.

Lots of outdoor activities – hiking, horse riding, canoeing, and biking. Beautiful nature location, away from the city. Excellent spa treatments and clean air. Friendly staff, great food, and comfortable accommodations. Will definitely visit again.

Great facility, quiet location, many activities included in the price (e.g. canoeing or archery, cycling). Rich breakfast with lots of fruit and freshly baked bread from our own bakery

Only gravel roads very dusty

One must be able to speak French, because even at the reception nobody can speak English... At the bakery in the complex, the bread from the previous day is sold in the morning, fresh bread can only be bought around noon.

Incredible location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. The restaurant was very nice for a casual dinner, we ordered wonderful dishes.

Guests can indulge in a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from.

The room reservations could be clearer in terms of the amenities and features provided, as guests have reported discrepancies between what was advertised on the website and what they actually received.

The site of the complex is one of the best. The spa installations and staff are very good.

The towels are worn out. Food is O.k but too expensive for the quality The rooms are too expensive again for the quality. Needs to be upgraded.

We liked everything. Have a very varied breakfast buffet.
