Location is within a few steps of the best shopping and the price per night for the hotel is high.

The food prices at the hotel were very high, but Switzerland is generally very expensive.

The price per night for the hotel is high, if you're going to stay here, I strongly recommend taking advantage of whatever the hotel has to offer: spa, restaurants, etc.

The city is great, this hotel is truly one of the best in Switzerland and for the money you spend I expect 5* service not just a large lobby.

The location is perfect, the hotel is situated in a great part of town and all the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The location is superb - just beside the train station, the hotel is amazing and the staff is excellent.

The location is very quiet and the internet didn't work in the room for 3 days during our stay.

You should try the foot reflexology and hot stone massage.

The hotel is centrally located, approx quarter of a mile from the train station on a hillside.

The room had 2 huge beds, a lovely bathroom all Aveda products and robes.

The hotel restaurant served dinner a little too early for me, So I ate each night in the bar restaurant.

Reasonably spacious rooms, sushi bar excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

All restaurants in the hotel allow smoking throughout - even at breakfast!

On the other hand, the breakfast restaurant was very disappointing and one night unfortunately we had dinner there.

The only down side was that it would have been nice if the spa had its own restaurant so you could eat in your robe if you wanted to take a meal directly before or after your treatment.

The service was top notch from the front desk staff to the waiters.

From the housekeeper to the concierge and front desk staff to the wait staff in the restaurant - every person was eager to make our stay memorable - and they did.

Customer service is fantastic, rooms are huge and the staff are amazing the restaurants are amazing.

My room had a wonderful view to the lake, throughout our stay the staff were incredibly helpful and the service was absolutely flawless.

The pool/ spa area is very impressive and the location of the hotel for sightseeing is perfect.

I went down to the spa and sat in the whirlpool, which needed to be warmer, and swam in the pool, used the exercise equipment.

His staff are extremely helpful, as the rooms in the newer wing are not nearly as nice and calm swimming pool leading to an outdoor sun terrace.

The conference staff was perfect, very kind etc. The rooms a very comfortable, very good price/quality value. The SPA is a great retreat after a hard day work. The food of the 3 different restaurants was perfect.

Good location and fabulous setting. Beautiful building and secured a great rate. The Palace combines the best of old world style, efficient staff and very helpful - especially the concierge. Reasonably spacious rooms, sushi bar excellent and the breakfast was delicious.
