This outstanding hotel has what some consider to be the best spa in the country. The location is incredible, the service is impeccable, and the rooms are classy, some of which have breathtaking views of the lake.

Overview

Situated in the heart of the business and shopping district, this elegant five-star hotel offers panoramic views of the city, Lake Geneva and the Alps.

Property is only a throw stone from the most elegant shopping streets and the picturesque old city.

Hotel offers 146 air-conditioned accommodations with premium bedding, private bathroom, complimentary toiletries, bathroom phones, satellite television, desk and free Wi-Fi.

Guests of the Lausanne Palace can also dine in the Japanese restaurant The Palace Sushi Zen, the French brasserie Le Grand Chene, and the Mediterranean restaurant Coté Jardin, which features a summer terrace. Three bars can also be found in the hotel.

CBE Concept Spa is the place to be for rest and relaxation, offering body treatments, facials, beauty services and massage/treatment rooms. In addition to a full-service spa, hotel features an indoor pool, a health club, a sauna and a steam room.

The location is perfect, the hotel is situated in a great part of town and all the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Well appointed interior of hotel, a lovely bathroom all Aveda products and great food in their restaurants too.

The preferred airport for Lausanne Palace & Spa is Geneva (GVA-Cointrin Intl.) - 51.3km.

Limousine service and shuttle service from and to the airport is provided.

Onsite parking is available (surcharge).

By the motorway :
Take the N5 in the direction of Geneva (Génève)/ Nyon/Lausanne. Then take the A9 in the direction of Simplon / Grand-Saint-Bernard / Lausanne. Rejoin the Swiss motorway A1 in the direction of Lausanne-Sud / Geneva (Genève) then Lausanne-Ouchy / Lausanne-Maladière / Lausanne-Malley / Lausanne-Centre. Take exit no. 2 and continue on the Avenue du Chabalais for 1.5 km.
At the roundabout, continue straight ahead on Avenue de Provence then on Avenue de Tivoli. Continue on the Avenue Jules Gonin then Rue du Grand Chêne.

The location is perfect and the hotel is really nice. For the prices charged should have been better, for the money you spend I expect 5* service not just a large lobby and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Dinner till late, practical bathroom, a beautiful and calm swimming pool leading to an outdoor sun terrace, excellent restaurants and a great club too. Spa is wonderful.

Its location is perfect, the hotel staff is really professional and the service people are helpful and courteous. Rooms are comfortable, food is excellent.

Very few restaurants are open and all the stores are closed, price/Performance does not add up. Waiters are rude and uninvolved.

The fitness center is excellent and all in all, a fabulous hotel and one I would love to return to some day. Customer service is fantastic and rooms are spacious. Breakfast could be improved, its one of the best spas in this side of Europe.
