  The location is great, the price isn't going to kill you and the rooms are clean, the one bathroom per floor is understandable, 's a cheap hotel, staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.

  The Latham is in a great central location of ny and the staff all very helpful, on 5th street there are many nice places to have breakfast, the shared bathroom is immaculately clean and very oversized.

  Most sights within walking distance and location was good. The hotel was great, the staff was pleasant and the room was clean, bigger than I'd expected, and well appointed. Sheets were clean.

  Good location and great Hotel. Decent for the price and the window opened onto an interior light well. The staff were very helpful, all of the employees were extremely friendly and the room was perfect for us.
