Loved this quiet and nice apartment in Santiago. Top location, just what we wanted really close to Lastarria which is a great area to be in with lots of good restaurants. Our staff were responsive, at all times. Appreciated the smooth check-in too. Stayed in modern room with second bed a trundle.

Fairly clean property near to the old city centre and Bellavista, great restaurants and shops and metro station and touristic places. A hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets available.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-maintained apartment in a perfect location. The apartment was very comfortable with a very good location in Lastarria. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was well-maintained and safe. The staff even provided free bottles of water. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, a metro station, and a supermarket. The kitchenette was well supplied and the apartment had air conditioning. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Lastarria.

The property is clean and the staff is amicable at all times. The place is just next door to the center of santiago, an art gallery and museums shops and retail shops.

The apartment was fairly clean and the staff was affable and pleasant at all times. Its location was incredible, 2 km from Mi Market. And I easily visited restaurants and bars located close to the venue. Everything was really good and I got wake up service for free. Bed was comfortable and there were multi-channel TV, a dining area and a seating area in the room.

our stay at lastarria hotel & aparts was beyond amazing. from the spacious and new apartment to the convenient location near restaurants, shops, and the subway - everything exceeded our expectations. the neighborhood felt safe and our host, ignacio, was professional and courteous. it was the perfect romantic trip in santiago.

the apartment was clean and had unbeatable location in the area. we were blown away by the very good service and free wake up calls and ironing. had drinks at urriola, situated 5 minutes walk away.

The whole place was fairly clean and the bedroom was separate. It was located in a very nice area close enough to museums, The staff were all helpful, at all times. During the stay everything was very good and I got wake up calls as a compliment. Liked private bathroom. A refrigerator, an oven and kitchenware for cooking.

The cozy apartment in Lastarria Hotel & Aparts was situated in a lovely neighborhood, close to numerous cultural attractions and restaurants. We were impressed by the availability of extra beddings and covers in our room, allowing us to accommodate guests comfortably. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were truly reluctant to leave!

Great location in artsy area with fine restaurants, bars and cafes.

Many problems with WIFI internet, ended up unhooking it and plugging directly into the line. Not much English spoken. Climate control was confusing. Finding the front door was at first confusing, didn't think it was what the website said.

Fantastic location in Barrio Lastarria. Charming street, very quiet at night, and lots of excellent dining options nearby. Very desirable neighborhood.

The sink in our apt was leaky, but this was promptly repaired once we notified hotel staff. Lack of natural light in 1st floor studio.

The place is fairly clean, spent 1 very nice days here. It has a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. All the staff are extremely helpful and attentive at all times, nothing too much trouble.

Stayed at a great place in a fun neighborhood. It was right on the main street, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The friendly staff and convenient deals with local cafes for breakfast made it even better. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the room was clean with air conditioning. The location was excellent and we felt safe walking around at night. The staff were very helpful, especially when we needed assistance with the TV, they immediately called Jose Luis who arrived promptly.

The hotel is located on street that has the best compromise between nightlife, restaurants and getting some quite time. It's located on a hip little street with restaurants and bars but it's not crazy with tons of people. It's a 15 min walk to BellaVista where the crowds gather for good, drink and bustling ambiance. I prefer this barrio, Lastarria, over BellaVista because it's not as hectic. Splurge on the split level with a terrace (room 401) for a great place to chill without having to be at a bar.
