  Room very very good value and clean towels.

  Beause of the great rate booked on the hotel and extremely slow elevators in south tower. Worse customer service ever experienced.

  Clean rooms, just needs updating, onto boulder hwy for local good food.

  The casino in the hotel is pretty bad too, elevator is old and a little scary.

  The rooms are too old fashion aint the 80's anymore and elevator is old, slow.

  Proximity to fremont street and friendly, helpful staff, great Value. Pretty good for the price and the service was slow. The room was clean and the casino facilities were nice I don't gamble much.

  Location excellent and great Hotel. Good for the price and very nice staff. Clean room and bathroom, food, drinks cheap downtown.

  The lobby wasn't much better and slow elevator. Dusty floor, clogged bathtub, blah blah blah.

  Bathroom was clean, no pubes, great view, nice big furnishings and the location of the hotel was very good. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

  Great location and the tinoco's kitchen was affordable and very tasty, our previous stay was in 2004 and we were very pleased then. Staff were very good, the room as VERY large, just as I had remembered.
