Staff was very, very nice and I truly enjoyed that. I've had apartment with couples bed, prosecco, terrace. Got extra touches like a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in bathroom.

It was holiday base for travelling to Barcelona, I was glad to stay there. The staff was caring and I had efficient check in. All the facilities were clean, and if you need there's private parking nearby. The setting was fab.

Perfect location, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. The apartment had an amazing terrace with great views. The bed sheets were incredibly white and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large fridge and freezer. The wardrobe had plenty of storage space and hangers. The apartment was soundproof, so no noise from outside.
The capacity of the water heater was a bit limited, resulting in quick showers. It would have been nice to have a tablecloth for the dining table.

Best location, if you would like to see the city and the busy nightlife of Barcelona. We had very nice apartment, big enough for 3 of us. Nice and helpfull staffs.

Everything you need for one night is there waiting for you. Staff is efficient and pleasant. Good service is a plus. It has good bedrooms and brilliant private bathroom. Close to Barcelona-El Prat airport, which is 23 minutes drive away.

Location was great. The only redeeming point!
Lead to believe 2 bathrooms (website photos)- only one. Very shabby throughout. Crockery & glassware chipped and cracked. Electric sockets did not all work, tv, kettle and some lights did not work. Cooker had knobs broken. Plates from previous tenants were still dirty. Very noisy, but location made up for that at least. Photos on website made it look much better than it really was. Tiny lift and awkward stairs. Much higher than 4th floor. Location and space are the only good things about this apartment. Everything else very, very tired and shabby.

Apartment's Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and beds were very uncomfortable.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city. Easy access to public transportation, sights, and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff who provided good service during our stay.- Clean and fresh sheets and pillows, overall cleanliness was maintained.- Immediate response from management when we encountered issues with the air conditioning and wifi, they sent a team for repairs.
The apartment was a bit run down, especially the flooring and kitchen cupboards. TV did not work properly even after staff assistance.
