We have stayed at this property before and enjoy the proximity to the Square. The staff gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room in the Pueblo section which was built 220 years ago. So charming!

          Easy access to the Plaza.

We stayed in Room 19. We didn't think that the air conditioning worked very well. It never seemed to cool the room as you would normally expect....

Friendliness of the staff. Rooms were quiet therefore rest was possible. Breakfasts are superb.

Rooms surroundings outdoors need better cleaning to get rid of bird droppings on furniture

The hotel staff were exceptional, especially Tina at the front desk.

The style of the hotel is, indeed, unique. I loved the design of the rooms and the lobby (which has a real tree inside, going through the roof!). The hotel also offers complementary breakfast, which is really good (pancakes, different styles of omelettes, fresh pastry, fruit). The hotel also has an arrangement with the airport shuttle, so that it's free as well. Finally, the entire staff was extremely nice and friendly.

While the design of the hotel was unique, I felt that it wasn't very comfortable: the furniture took a lot of space, the corridor between the kitchen and the bedroom was way too narrow. Also, there was no closet, just a niche in the wall (but maybe all that is to be expected when you live in a adobe-style room). The sheets and the towels in the room looked old. Finally, the lobby was closed from 11 pm till 7 am, so if you arrive late, call them in advance, otherwise you may end up without a place to stay.

Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and live music at night. Very Santa Fe. Have stayed before and will stay in the future.

Where to start? Beautiful architectural and art details everywhere. Comfortable, great location. Exquisite breakfast. Knowledgeable sophisticated staff who were personable as well. Anything we asked for, they had. Quiet area. You feel like you are living in Santa Fe. Casita style makes you feel like you belong. Water features are so peaceful.

          Tina's help; the fact that the inn was close to 200 years old; comfortable with fireplace; great breakfast;

Very lovely artistically decorated, comfortable room with real fireplace. Very helpful well-informed staff. Good breakfast with espresso drinks.

Bathroom maybe a little old. The property is actually distributed over an area. So you may have to walk to breakfast, reception, and parking directly outside our part was sometimes difficult, though we could always park in another of their carparks.

The location was fantastic! The shops and eateries was walking distance. The staff was wonderful and it was an warm welcome.

My room was cool at night. When I went to turn on the heat, it was only blowing out freezing air.

          Location to city center

Checking was an hour delayed, no place for the suitcases, shower curtain broke and we were move to an even less desirable room. Outdoor chairs were in poor condition. Images in the web site did not reflect the quality of the roms.

This was our third stay. We will stay at Las Palomas on all our future stays in Santa Fe. Everything was great.

Breakfast service area is a bit cramped. People were waiting for toast and jostling A.round to get what they needed.

The bed was superb. The "at-home" feeling was appreciated: freshly baked cookies, great breakfast included; capuccinos were delicious in the morning; period furniture and decor.

When guests above us walked in their room, the floors creaked and awakened me each time. But remember that this is not your usual hotel; these rooms are in renovated old residences, which is the charm of staying here.
