Las Flores Beach Resort Mazatlan - Mazatlán

It was a good location, close to many shops and restaurants and a good stretch of the beach.

The beach is beautiful and quiet, the location couldn't have been better, drinks at the hotel are great.

The beds are very hard, but another trip to the front desk and forceful Spanish to request bed toppers, along with catching the maid as she came to clean our room, denying she knew anything about the request (the toppers help a lot).

The have a few standard rooms, ocean view 1 bedroom suites, some with upgrades (microwave), and ocean view suites with kitchens, some with upgrade.

We offer 43 suites with kitchenette, 61 studios with kitchenette and 15 standard rooms.

We ended up staying at the Lindamor Suites, just a few doors down from the Las Flores, in a 1 bedroom suite, which was very nice, clean, private, quiet, and had a nice soft sofa.

Our room was very small and the bed very very hard but clean.

The rooms were nice, the bar had good drinks and restaurant next door was excellent.

We didn't try the restaurant, the bar had good drinks but was somewhat pricey compared to what you would pay a block away for the same thing.

We spent well over $400 at the bar and on food alone, but no complimentary drinks.

There are lots of very good restaurants to stroll to in the evening and we found the food very good.

The resturant and bar are a must for excellent food, drink and socializing.

Las Flores every room faces the ocean, yes it is an older hotel, but very clean, the staff is excellent, maid service came everyday, even did up our dishes.

The lobby, bar and pool areas were updated, sadly the rooms were not.

Broken elevators - I got stuck in an elevator who's door wouldn't open five or six times during one week!

However, the room did smell bad, like mold and the pool was cold and the jacuzzi did not work 5 of 7 days.

Clean, fresh rooms with coffee makers and fridges in the kitchens.

Clean suites all facing the ocean, lots of good restaurants in the immediate area and our stay at Las Flores was the best ever.

The girls at the front desk are wonderful, rooms are great and clean.

The rooms far exceeded our expectations, they were very clean, had great balconies, were well equipped and roomy and the ocean views are great.
