We had a great time on our city break. The hotel had a lot to offer and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the complementary breakfast and happy hour. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions.

The carpets were stained, and we found hair in our bathroom. Also, the gym equipment was outdated, and there were not enough machines to accommodate all of the guests.

The beautiful resort had breathtaking views of the ocean and the infinity pool was absolutely amazing. We spent the afternoon lounging by the pool and it was pure paradise. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also loved the convenience of having a private island nearby that we could explore. It was a short ferry ride away and provided a tranquil escape from the resort.

They were overpriced and not worth the money. If you are a foodie looking for a culinary experience, this might not be the best choice for you.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious resort. The location was perfect for us as it was situated at the marina and in the area where we wanted to do some site-seeing. The hotel itself was atop a cliff, providing stunning views of the surroundings. We stayed in one of the casitas in the South village and were impressed with the quality of the room amenities. The room had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a sitting area, and a dining table. The free wi-fi was a bonus and allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and ensuring our needs were met. We enjoyed dining at the on-site restaurant and relaxing at the bar/lounge area. The swimming pool was a highlight of our stay, especially the infinity pool which offered breathtaking views. we highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Excellent location, beautiful room with ocean view and infinity pool. Kitchenette, spacious closets, big bathroom. Two balconies. Complementary water and quality toiletries. Spotlessly clean room. Good restaurants, average prices. Enjoyed pools and private beach. Will return if in Puerto Rico again.
