The location of this safe hotel was excellent, in general terms everything was fine. Further, it was just next door to airport and walled city, the adjoining tower which is part of the overall complex and the center.

Stunning, lovely location in Cartagena, not far from known for the quality of the coffee produced and the airport and the beach selling things. Also, to the old fortified center.

Cheap and brand-new room with ocean views. Beautiful and excellent location of the hotel, near to the airport and beach and several restaurants.

The place was spotless and luxurious, had incredibly helpful and professional staff in service and kindness. The room was a nice size, with a stunning view of the sunset. The hotel had nice location very close to the Ciudad Amurallada and the restaurants. La Boquilla district was worth exploring.

Great beach. Proximity to Cartagena is a plus. Very nice infrastructure with fabulous buildings, palm trees and sea views
In a semi empty hotel the reception person said there was only one room available. A wonderful hotel but the staff at the reception desk are liers and try to make you believe the hotel is full. They would like you to pay more for an upgrade. They give you noisy rooms. I was in a very far room where the noise was totally not acceptable but accordong to the reception staff my only choice was an upgrade. When I said I would find another hotel a miracle happened... And I was given an acceptable room. I do not think you deserve such poor treatment. Cartagena has lots of great choices.

I had a great stay with plenty of activities for kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offered big and clean pools, a kiddy pool, and a beachfront location. Also, the restaurant served delicious food, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
No issues.

The room are very comfortable, big and clean. The bed were great, good quality of sheets and lots of pillows. The breakfast wear good too. And the staff very friendly. My small son (4yo) got sick and the "Mascote" of the hotel took him straight to medical service, where he was well treated with attention and medicine. The beach was nice, despite of not having the light blue water for a Caribbean sea, the water was clean and warm.
It is a little far from the Historical Center, but even though we enjoyed a lot staying there.

Its location in Cartagena was nice and absolutely perfect, not far from the historic center or anywhere else of interest. Also, we visited Convento la Popa de la Galera, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, was an unplanned pleasure.

Pamela
The beach was fantastic, with crystal clear waters and plenty of beach chairs available. The best part was having a choice of 4 different pools to swim in, each with its own unique vibe. The food was also great, with the restaurant offering a range of tasty options. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions of the city and within walking distance to all amenities.
The music at night was extremely loud and not kid-friendly, which made it hard to have a relaxing evening. The layout of the hotel was also badly designed, with some areas closed off and a kiddy pool that was too far away.

Steve
The hotel was in a lovely and stunning position next to the coast / beach, and the Casa de Playa restaurant. I ate at the self-service restaurant near the venue. The breakfast was absolutely superb with so many options in Cartagena, and the pool was very clean.
