          Great parking area, well lit and safe, a fantastic stay, comfy home away from home. Nice for the price, fresh fruit available for free in the lobby at different times of day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the morning breakfast was convenient and tasted wonderful.

          Great location, very Nice Stay and the grounds and building are beautiful and well cared for. The staff is very courteous and the bathroom is very large and could use a bit of updating. The coffee is delicious.

          The location is convenient to renton and for an inexpensive hotel, is quite attractive. The staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are spacious and large work desk that is awesome for the business traveler. The complimentary continental breakfast is good.

          A truly lovely hotel, helpful staff and liked the kitchen in the room. Fresh newspapers and nice continental breakfast. Best choice in south kings county and i used the laundry facilities as well.
