  The lobby is very nice and we were greeted by a very nice front desk staff. There was also a queen size bed in the main room. The bedroom contained a king size bed, that fit just snug. There was also a nice breakfast provided, which included cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt. My complaints are that the room smelled like smoke.

  A suite with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen bed in the living room with a kitchen. The rooms were small and there were no free game rentals. The walls were thin, because we could hear people in the hall way even when we closed our bedroom door. I would recommend staying at the Embassy Suites in downtown Sacramento or Hallmark Suites in Rancho Cordova instead.

  We stayed in a one bedroom suite and were very happy with the size of the room. I worked in the room while my partmer was at a training nearby. The work area in the room was more than sufficient and the free high speed internet was much appreciated. Our room had a wired connection, but a wire was provided. The breakfast had a good selection, but was nothing fancy (cereal, bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc). The staff was very helpful and friendly, even during busy times.

  Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast in the lobby was unbelievable! The staff was amazing. Great lobby and breakfast.

  Everyone working the front desk was friendly and helpful. There are two computers in the lobby with free internet access. There is also a printer available with free printing. Free Wi-Fi is available as well throughout the hotel. I once waited more than half a hour as someone used the computer to play games. The workout room was adequate with a treadmill, elliptical machine, and exercise bike along with a small selection of dumbells.

  There was always strong water pressure and plenty of hot water.

  Their ad copy reads like they're something better, with "feather beds" but walking into the dimly lit lobby reveals the underbelly of the beast. I'm glad I had the "feather bed" I needed the extra stuffing to bury my head in.

  Our group was going to arrive late so I called and went over everything with the front desk early in the evening. The rooms were ideal for business travel with a very nice kitchen and oh so comfy bed.

  The main reason we chose this hotel was that we needed a separate bedroom with a door. We were traveling with our young son, and he got the living room sofabed. The clerk who checked us in was very friendly. But the woman we asked for recommendations on family-friendly restaurants was completely unhelpful. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and there were a variety of pillow types.

  The refrigerator in the room was very noisy.

  The only thing to complain about is that the water bottles in the room are not free.

  Fortunatly for me the staff came through and waived it.

  Great selection of breakfast food. The front desk staff (particularly Ryan) was incredibly helpful and courteous.
