The location was great and the staff were really nice. The manager was friendly and solved any problem quickly.

The sofa bed was broken, the complimentary breakfast did not begin 8AM.

The location is great, this place is absolutely the worst in Santa Cruz and service is friendly, rooms are comfortable. The free wireless is not available.

The building is a bit dated, the pool look disgusting.
