Spent great time here; we recommend this place. It was our base for relaxing vacation. Appreciated views of the lake. The staff was amicable and sweet to chat with.

Clean and great view out over lake winnipesaukee. Close to weir beach and board walk. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and family entertainment. Room was updated and cozy.
Having only one small bathroom for a two bedroom that is supposed to sleep 4+ people. Outside of building and stairwell hallways needs a little updating (painting, new rugs etc.).

For the money my friends and I couldn't have done better. I have no complaints about the appartment we rented for out shopping trip.
It was hard to find.

This is just a Motel which can survive only when stupid people like us book this. Old furniture and a fridge we had to make it work again. We think the high price was related to the fact only that this Motel is located at Weirs Beach and thats´it. There was no other reason than this one.
