  The location was fine and main street was fantastic. Hotel staff were friendly, we booked online and the price was reasonable, the lobby was very nice. Restaurants were within walking distance as well and towels in the bathroom were new.

  The continental breakfast was poor, the swimming pool was closed.

  The location was excellent, the lobby had a great view of Mirror Lake and the hotel was right off the center of town, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good.

  Not worth the money that was charged and elevator was dirty. The towels were smaller than the ones i used to use in gym class.

  View & friendly employees and convenient to lakes. This hotel has fantastic potential, the huge windows in the lobby are geat for taking in the scenery and william at the Front Desk is great. Rooms are very large and the restaurant is STILL closed, and the only breakfast fare was hot coffee.

  The elevator needs to be updated and microwave machine is damaged and old. Facility looked a little thread bare.

  The location was great, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, as for service, all workers were incredibly nice and accommodating. Room was large, free parking, breakfast was good.

  Olympic center is 15 min and the town of Lake Placid is beautiful. This hotel is being renovated and the lobby area is decent the employees were in uniforms. Hot tubs already out of service.

  Clean and excellent view, convenience to other Lake Placid events, the location of the Hotel is good. The new rooms have been completed are fantastic.

  Clean and within walking distance of the downtown/shopping area, comfortable hotel. Clean, reasonable price and the lobby staff were wonderful welcoming. The service was great and the room was very spacious. The food was decent.

  Great location and good value. Lakeview for a very reasonable price, the lobby looks quite nice and desk service was quick and friendly. The beds were comfortable, front desk was also helpful at answering our questions regarding restaurant.

  Great view, adequate Hotel and the staff were very nice and helpful and the price was very affordable as I booked off line. The room was clean and the continental breakfast was a plus.

  The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants, room was acceptable for an overnight stay, the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean, the continental breakfast in the morning was a definite plus, too.

  The view of the lake was gorgeous and compared to other area hotels its price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was not we expected and paid for, the breakfast was included and just fine.
