I had an amazing stay at a 5 star property in Alleppey, overlooking the beautiful vembanar lake. The location was perfect for a houseboat tour, as we could be picked up and dropped off directly at the hotel. Upon arrival, the staff gave us a warm welcome and arranged airport transport for us. The room was extremely comfortable with great wifi, and the food at the hotel was excellent, offering authentic Kerala cuisine. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Alleppey.

Although there were some minor issues during our stay, such as the need for more staff at the breakfast buffet and limited drink options, these did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Had a great Christmas holiday here! Loved the cultural dance in the evening and the free sunset cruise on the lake. The location by the backwaters was breathtaking, and the staff were well-mannered and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was tasty, especially the vegetables, black coffee and cheese in breakfast.

The Western items in the buffet were scarce, and the general service in the restaurant could have been better. the room could have been more high-end, and some small amenities were missing.

The hotel location was pretty good, with beautiful scenery just outside the room. It was easy to visit nearby attractions, and the price was reasonable, especially considering the free drinks in the mini bar and the boat rides offered. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the sunset cruise.

The bathroom was so old that the hot water didn't work well, and the sink was blocked. The service wasn't that great either, as it was slow and didn't provide the expected 5-star standard.

I had a really nice stay with my family at this hotel. the location was absolutely stunning. Situated on top of the lake on an island, it provided a beautiful and serene view of the natural backwaters. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, responding promptly to all our queries and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

That there were occasional power cuts during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. However, overall, our experience at this hotel was really enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it to others.
