Our room was described as ground level, with patio and included two bathrooms.
Could not call front desk with in room phone to complain because it didn't work.
We made reservations for a room with a view.
Room key stopped working before our one night stay was over.
Water stains all over the ceiling along with peeling wall paper.
Have eaten at their Restaurant many times in past years, so when making plans for an overnight stay, I thought "Why not".
