For the price we paid, Lago Playa was a great value and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and there was a small supermarket right by the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist us with taxis and bike rentals.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by having staff hand out utensils and plates, instead of everyone picking them up from a basket.
