  • The location is good 5 mins walk to town centre, the srea the hotel is in is lovely and the church makes a great view from the windows.

The decor looks old and the room was very noisey during the night, staff were not very welcoming, bathroom basin taps were awkward and silly. Breakfast service was slow.

  • Good location and great atmosphere. Nice friendly helpful staff and quiet, comfortable room. The breakfast rushed and mediocre.

Expected much better for the price compared to other hotels in Nottingham and bathroom a bit tired looking. Restaurant closed on sundays.

  • Location great and a lovely stay. Very helpful and friendly staff, very comfortable bed. The mini bar was good and very reasonably priced, breakfast was excellent.

Considerably overpriced for the standard of hotel and in addition the service was very brisk and inefficient. The bathroom radiator was missing a bracket at one side and therefore unstable.

  • The location is great and the best hotel I have stayed in Nottingham at a really good price. The building itself is beautiful and excellent service especially valet parking. Beds are very comfortable, merchants restaurant is well thought of and smart.

Communal areas in need of redecoration, internal decor Expensive valet parking and rooms are generally tiny and dull.
