Great ski in/ski out location, helpful staff, and delicious food with buffet and menu options. The spa and wellness center were a fantastic plus. They even took care of our towels and made sure everything was clean and ready. the room was well-furnished and cozy, making our stay more comfortable.

The water cost money during dinner, which was unusual, and some of the mattresses were too firm for our liking. Other than that, it was a perfect experience, and we would recommend it to others.

During my stay, I could not help but applaud the magnificent indoor swimming pool and hydro-massage room of the hotel. Additionally, I found the suite to be spacious and comfortable. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a complimentary drink while waiting for the check-in procedure to be completed. The willingness of the hotel manager Mauro to assist me during my visit was highly appreciated. Most of the staff exhibited good customer service skills and a friendly attitude, making my stay enjoyable.

The view from the balcony was a dream, everything's clean, delicious breakfast, very nice SPA with pool and whirlpool.

At the beginning, the restaurant staff was eagerly helping guests with their orders. Unfortunately, this has quickly ended. The drinks were not refilled again.

The staff in the hotel is very friendly and attentive. The wellness facilities are very professionally clean and beautiful. The antipasti and dessert buffet were the highlights of the trip.

We had an amazing experience at this place. The staff, especially Mauro, the hotel manager, was incredibly hospitable and willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, even offering us a free drink while we waited to check in.

We really enjoyed the contemporary feel of the Hotel and how comfortable the room was. They were also dog friendly and there was open space next to the hotel. The views were great and in a quite area of the town.

Although dog friendly, they are not allowed in public areas - which is ok, but there is enough space in the bar/restaurant area to have a small area for dogs. If there had been such an area, we would have used the bar and restaurant.

This hotel was situated in the perfect location, close to all the main attractions and activities. The spacious rooms were cleaned regularly and I enjoyed having a balcony to enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, allowing us to store our bikes safely. The spa facilities were also a highlight, especially the clean swimming pool and sauna.

The food was not up to par with my expectations. The dinner options were limited and lacked variety.

Still a little construction at the back & side of the hotel where our room was but it didn't deter too much from the view or the quiet.
