Well-equipped rooms with amazing views. Excellent and lovely location an easy walk to Plage Des Fosses Beach.

Convenient Location. This place is super close to the center, so you can get around easily. Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from the restaurant upstairs, the boats in the harbor, and some rocky beaches. 🌊

The hotel is in the perfect situation overlooking the marina. The staff were very nice and food delicious. In St Jean so can walk to different cafe's, lots of choice.

Not sure the air conditioning was working properly. Mosquitos!

Superb base for discovering Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat with affable staff with a great customer service ethic. Marvellous and particularly good location close to center and amazing area. Besides, easy access to Festival Saint Jazz.

The food was incredible and the service was excellent. The view of the bay was exceptional. The location was great, within easy walking distance of Passable Beach Parking. I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful area.

The location and staff were excellent!

The bed was not comfortable, but we liked everything else so much that it was a wonderful stay. My husband didn't like the lack of shower door.

This place is top-notch in every way, with a lovely location on the beautiful coast and great nearby spots like bbs the wine bar for coffee.

Very elegant hotel with impeccable service and stunning location

It is a fabulous smaller luxury hotel in a fantastic setting. The beach pool area faces one of the most beautiful bays in the Côte D'Azur. The staff were all extremely friendly and service minded. Very good restaurant too. The perfect spot for a romantic weekend.

We chose this hotel because of the stunning photographs of the pools and ocean access. But honestly they left much to be desired. The tiny salt water pool was small and bleak, the downstairs ocean front one was even bleaker and unappealing. The ocean access was just a cement dock. The hotel itself is beautiful, our room was large and beautiful, cleaning staff were great, and most of the staff were lovely. But their amenities were so unappealing that we would go every day to one of the nearby public beaches, which were stunning and had great water access. So, for mich much less money than we paid, we could have instead got a lovely apartment somewhere in Cap Ferrat and had the same experience. Which is disappointing.

It was a nice welcoming place. Good location near a public beach and lots of restaurants. The balcony was nice and big and nice to laze in.

The beds were a bit too hard. Also, our room was apparently one of a few that has separate toilet and bathing areas. Also, the breakfast could have been better. The hotel beach is not a beach, I.E., no sand. Just steps going down into the water. So instead we went to the public beach 10 mins walk from the hotel. However, the hotel staff did give us towels to take with us to the public beach.

An individual hotel with a lot of character, beautifully presented. The staff were excellent, the service excellent. A really enjoyable break.

Conveniently located near the village center with many dining options. Two pools and a small beach for swimming. Soft towels and bath robes provided in the rooms.

Situation, simplicity, quiet, size.

Great View and Location! The seaside view from the hotel was stunning. I had an amazing view of the ocean and it was great to be able to sit and relax on the beach. The location was ideal, as it was easy to access all the restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Poor Services and High Price! The hotel was overpriced and didn't offer value for money.
