At one point, whenever a bathroom was used, we would have to endure a very loud echo and reverberation in our room.

Good restaurant nearby, friendly staff and comfortable room.

The room was tastefully furnished, warm and cozy with a balcony overlooking the street.

The only thing that prevented this from being a perfect stay was the noise coming from the plumbing in the nearby rooms.

Again the staff were more than helpfull, the rooms had modern fixtures.

Furthermore the buffet breakfast was excellent value.

The food was beautifully presented, (although the mains were a bit too salty)overall, an enjoyable meal.

The staff was pleasant - one in particular, Gorka was very helpful following an incident in which our car was hit by the door to the car park.

The dinner service was extremely efficient, especially considering that there were two very large groups dining that night.

The staff was excellent and the spa compact was very good.

Good design and comfortable, pleasant town is cool in the summer.

We were completely thrown by the very modern/fashionable decor and facilities including a fantastic spa.

The highlight of the trip was the night spa which we did after dinner.

This included use of all the spa facilities and a bottle of cava.

    The staff helpful and lovely bathroom. Good restaurant.

    The room rate they charged was higher than the original quote agreed i booked this hotel in Booked and the access to the underground parking lot was tight at times.

    We were completely thrown by the very modern/fashionable decor and facilities including a fantastic spa. The staff was pleasant - one in particular, Gorka was very helpful following an incident in which our car was hit by the door to the car park. The dinner service was extremely efficient, especially considering that there were two very large groups dining that night. This included use of all the spa facilities and a bottle of cava. The only thing that prevented this from being a perfect stay was the noise coming from the plumbing in the nearby rooms. Beware of the swinging automatic door to the basement parking which is very dark and if you have a large car, can be a bit of a nightmare to navigate.
