Great hotel for families. Plenty of activities for kids including a playroom and dedicated staff. Delicious, high-quality food with good coffee and different alcohol options. Multiple pools and open spaces for kids to play. Comfortable and spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Convenient 20-30 min drive from the airport.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with exclusive amenities that catered to our luxurious needs. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The spa and wellness center provided us with top-notch spa treatments, massages, and relaxation options. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, while the beach access provided a beautiful view for evening walks. The entertainment was exceptional, with live shows and music that were a delight to watch. The restaurant served excellent dinner with an exotic menu, including special diets.
The hotel had only one minor issue: the sauna was not well-maintained, which we found a bit disappointing.

The food variety was good and drinks were tasty. Location was close to the airport and a beautiful beach. We enjoyed the romantic dinner on the beach with candles and music.
The room quality was poor, outdated and not well-maintained. There were mosquitoes and cockroaches. The room was noisy, and the air conditioner barely worked. it was not a great experience for a romantic escape.

Great value and warm service! We loved the all-inclusive package that included most beverages and meals, which were tasty and satisfying. The staff was welcoming and eager to fulfill our needs. The beach location was amazing, with a gorgeous view and plenty of water sports.
Limited activities and no entertainment on Christmas Day. While there was an abundance of pools, we would have appreciated more organized activities for guests.
