A good bargain hotel if you can get a reasonable price.
I had to catch a plane very early the morning after I stayed and the proximity and price for this hotel are what appealed to me.
I usually will spring for more exclusively priced hotels with ammenities, but because I was arriving late and leaving early I decided to save some money and book this hotel.
Not a great neighborhood, hotel was fair, staff were friendly and really tried, but not enough to overcome this location.
We were not sure about this place and its location, but we were very happy at the end.
The location of the motel was good for what we needed.
The room I checked wasn't cleaned, dirty towels were on the floor, there were used soap bars all over the bathroom and there were cylindric metal pipes lying in the bathtub.
Everything about the place was just average for the rate, from the room, beds, continental breakfast, etc.
When I decided to turn off the air conditioner and open the window I stepped into a water logged carpet - apparently the AC usually runs continiously and the condensation pools inside the room.
I was very satisfied to find that the staff was very professional and courteous, the room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and they fed me breakfast and shuttled me to the airport for no extra charge!
We wanted to change rooms, but were told that the only rooms with queen beds were in the section where we already were.
The food is fresh and the breakfast nook very clean and the good displayed in a orderly manner.
Also, I left a chocolate bar on the sink counter and it was half eaten when I came back to my room.
The breakfast is very good--waffles, sausage gravy,eggs, etc.

The rooms are what you would expect for 70 bucks, nothing special here, although ours was clean and maid service was prompt.
The staff has been helpful and very professional.
Charles at the front desk has been the best--making sure that we instantaly got our forwarded mail.
The courtyard was beautiful & the pool was clean and warm.
The only real draw here is the pool area, which was well maintained.
The whirlpool was nice and hot and the pool heater was on high ( a tad warm for me actually).
As for the wireless, I had some difficulty getting a good signal.
The pool is just the right size for the hotel and we have been impressed with the overall clean rooms and the general maintenance of the property.
This hotel looks nice from the outside, but the rooms aren't very clean.
The room was somewhat clean but not by top notch standards.
Very cute, clean room, nice little self-serve breakfast.
If all you need is a place to crash, then the room was clean and appropriately furnished.
