The place was fairly clean, our room was spacious. Hotel's breakfast was delicious, included coffee, toast, and eggs. The location was suburban, favourable in a quiet neighborhood that is a delightful contrast to Las Vegas glitz. Further, it was just next door to restaurants, movies theatres, Bank of America, and stores, Downtown Summerlin and many stores, walking/jogging paths, restaurants, service stations and public library.

Additionally, there is a bar, Chicago Brewing Company, just a 5-minute walk away. everything was simply great.
