Great location for doing anything in the San Diego area - centrally located with easy on and off access to I-5.

Loved the location: close to the airport, short walk to Old Town, restaurants and shops.

The underground parking was a little tight but expected when traveling in California.

The negative to me was the small underground parking of the hotel.

The room was superclean and spacious, and the king-sized bed was comfy and equipped with lots of pillows.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable with nice sheets.

This place in my opinion was really pretty clean, the staff was helpful and the king-sized bed was comfy and equipped.

We used the courtyard in the center of the hotel to play cards and eat the continental breakfast, which was step above the usual fare.

They explained everything to us such as breakfast, pool hours, dining options in the area, ect.

The breakfast lacked waffles, a usual La Quinta offering, but it was enough to get you through to lunch.

Close to the bars and restaurants of "Old Town", the Hotel is ideal for a short walk to some good food and refreshing Margaritas.

If your not into the touristy thing, eating at not so great restaurants, or shopping at nick nack stores, then downtown is a better location.

The check in was very easy and the front desk staff was very helpful.

The breakfast is a nice spread for a hotel like this and the staff at the front desk didn't know to use the computer to check us in.

Needed a reasonable place to stay in San Diego, the front desk staff was competent and accommodations were very clean.

Pool and spa were fine, no problems, and a nice treat after lots of walking.

My kids loved the pool, since this is a smaller hotel it was never crowded.
